I. Overview & Global Navigation


The Ctrl+Reach app is structured into several sections to help you easily manage your campaigns, analyze your performance, and oversee your overall activity. To help you navigate efficiently and get the most out of the platform, here’s a quick overview of the different sections available.


Each space has a specific role: launching and managing campaigns, analyzing results, engaging your audience, and handling your budget.
Here’s a simple guide to understand what each section is for.


View by profile

You can access all sections of the app in two ways:

  • An overview view, using the icons on the left sidebar.
  • A profile-specific view (by clicking on an artist's profile in the same sidebar)



Campaigns Section

1. What is it for

The Campaigns section allows you to view and manage all the campaigns you’ve launched, across all profiles.
This is where you manage your advertising activity on a daily basis.


2. How to access

From the left sidebar → click on the “Campaigns” icon


3. Features

In this section, you can:

  • View all your campaigns (across all profiles)
  • Check their status (active, paused, completed…)
  • Filter campaigns by objective, platform, status
  • Select multiple campaigns to generate combined reports or archive them



Global Dashboard

1. What is it for

The Global Dashboard gives you a complete overview of your activity on the platform.
Here, you analyze your performance at a global level.


2. How to access

From the left sidebar → click on the “Statistics” icon

3. Features

You can:

  • View your total spend
  • Track the number of campaigns launched
  • Analyze overall ad performance
  • Filter by artist
  • Select a date range to analyze your results



1. What is it for

The Smartlinks section allows you to manage all your promotional links.
It acts as the bridge between your campaigns and streaming platforms.


2. How to access

From the left sidebar → click on the “Smartlinks” icon

 

3. Features

You can:

  • View all your smartlinks
  • Create new ones
  • Filter by type or by objective
  • Access performance statistics
  • Edit or delete a smartlink


Mails Section

1. What is it for

The Emails section is a simplified CRM tool that allows you to manage your audience’s email data.
It centralizes all contacts collected through your smartlinks and campaigns (new listeners, emails, tickets, merch…).


2. How to access

From the left sidebar → click on the “Mails” icon

 


3. Features

You can:

  • Access all collected email addresses
  • Filter by, country, profile and platform
  • Identify your super followers (most engaged users)


Billing

1. What is it for

The Billing section allows you to manage all financial aspects of your account, per artist.


2. How to access

From the left sidebar → click on the “Billing” icon

 

3. Features

You can:

  • View your wallets per artist
  • Check all transactions
  • Download invoices
  • Request payments
  • Add credits
  • Transfer funds between artist profiles
  • View payment history per profile
  • Download expense reports per profile
  • Update your billing address
  • Manage your subscription (upgrade / cancel)



Manage Profiles

1. What is it for

This section allows you to manage all your artist profiles within the app.


2. How to access

From the left sidebar → click on “Manage Profiles”

 

3. Features

You can:

  • View all your artist profiles
  • Add a new profile
  • Edit profile information
  • Disable a profile (to hide it from the left menu)
  • View connected pages (Meta, TikTok,)YouTube



II. Create a Ctrl+Reach Account



Step 1 - Register on the application


To create a Ctrl+Reach account go to our website https://www.ctrlreach.co and click on Sign up


Once you have entered your personal details, you will have access to the platform.

As soon as you've signed up, you can explore Ctrl+Reach's features and choose the subscription that best suits your needs.



Step 2 - Book a call with our team


If you'd like to discuss your needs before taking the plunge, visit the website https://www.ctrlreach.co and select the “Book a call” option.


Once on the page, you'll be asked to fill in a form detailing your information.


ADVICE : This step is particularly useful if you'd like to better understand Ctrl+Reach's functionalities or request a personalized demo of the application.


  • For companies: Once you've filled in the form, you'll be able to reserve a slot directly via Calendly


III. Creating an Artist Profile from A to Z



Go to the Profiles tab in the left-hand menu on your Ctrl+Reach dashboard

On this page, click on add a profile

  • Fill in the information with name, profile photo, etc.

  • Then go to the Manage profile tab
  • Choose the profile you've just created, then click on Edit
  • Then link the platforms you have, Meta, TikTok, Youtube...

If you want to connect a Spotify profile :

  • Go to the Spotify page of the artist you want to connect.
  • Copy the link from the artist page. 

  • Paste this link in the space provided on Ctrl+Reach.


ADVICE: To make full use of the Ctrl+Reach functions, remember to make all the Meta and Youtube connections. Here's how to do it!



IV. Campaign List


The Campaigns section is the main place to manage your campaigns on a daily basis.


How to access:

  • Click on Campaigns in the menu
  • The list will load automatically



Campaign statuses

Statuses help you quickly understand the state of a campaign:

  • Ongoing
  • Scheduled
  • In review
  • Stopped
  • Rejected
  • Finished
  • Refund
  • Draft
  • Archived

Filters allow you to quickly find a campaign:

  • Artist
  • Status
  • Platform
  • Objective
  • Dates


Analytics

Each campaign has its own analytics page:

  • Spend and budget
  • Impressions and clicks
  • Cost per result
  • Performance over time
  • Audience


To access it, click on a campaign → View results



Archiving

Campaigns can be archived automatically or manually:

  • They are not deleted
  • All data is preserved
  • They are simply removed from the main view


Use the Archived filter to find them
