On Ctrl+Reach, you can now view your ROAS for ticket sales and merchandising campaigns. ROAS (Return On Ad Spend) allows you to clearly measure the impact and profitability of your sales campaigns. This calculation is made possible thanks to your Pixel. ||| 🧠 REMINDER: A Pixel is a piece of code installed on your website. It tracks user actions after they click on an ad (e.g., page visits, add to cart, purchases). It is used to measure "events", track conversions, monitor sales, optimize campaigns, calculate your ROAS Without a properly configured Pixel, it is impossible to calculate your ROAS.

How to properly install your Pixel

| TIP: To access this data, your Pixel must be correctly configured. You can check our dedicated article to learn how to set it up properly. When setting up your sales campaign, you will see on the right side of your screen a step-by-step verification of your Pixel configuration. A visual indicator system will help you identify exactly where the issue is, if any. There are 4 steps in the Pixel verification process: The first 2 steps (required to launch the campaign)

Smartlink

On Ctrl+Reach, there are two types of Smartlinks:

The Smartlink generated within a campaign

Created directly during the campaign setup. You can then edit it either from the campaign page or from the Smartlink section, where you can find all your links. It is only available through your campaign ads.

The Smartlink created outside of a campaign launch

An independent link that you can use daily in your communication (bio, social media, newsletters, etc.). You can also find it in your Smartlink section. It is available wherever you choose to share it.

In this article, we’ll explain how to create, edit, and delete a simple Smartlink (outside of a campaign), but all the tips shared here also apply to campaign Smartlinks.

How does the algorithm work?

When your campaign shows signs of underperformance, such as:

A high cost per action (CPA)
An audience that is not responsive
Low engagement or a lack of conversions The algorithm may automatically stop the campaign to protect your budget.

What should you do if your campaign is stopped?

You can relaunch your campaign by adjusting key parameters, such as:

Audience targeting (age, interests, location)
Creative content or format
Budget or selected platforms

1. What is it for

The Campaigns section allows you to view and manage all the campaigns you’ve launched, across all profiles. This is where you manage your advertising activity on a daily basis.

From the left sidebar → click on the “Campaigns” icon

I. Adding credits to Ctrl+Reach

1. Classic method (via Billing tab)

You can add credits only via the Billing tab, in two ways:
