I. Create and share my Meta Pixel (Ctrl+Reach BM)

To connect your Meta Pixel to Ctrl+Reach, you first need to create a Pixel in Meta Events Manager, then share it with Ctrl+Reach.
Follow the steps below.

1. Create your Meta Pixel

From your Business Manager:

  • Go to Business Settings and click on Data Sources
  • Then click on Datasets, and select Add
  • Name your dataset, then click Create.

2. Install the Pixel on your website

You have two options to install your Pixel on Dice / Shotgun or your website.

Option A — Using the Pixel ID
  • Go to Dice or Shotgun → Settings → Integrations
  • Find the Meta Pixel section
  • Paste your Meta Pixel ID
  • Click Save

Option B — Manual code installation

If the platform allows you to add HTML code:

  • Go to Events Manager → Install the Pixel
  • Copy the Pixel script
  • Paste it into the dedicated section on your website
  • Save your changes

3. Configure events in Meta Events Manager

  • Go to Events Manager and click Set up Conversions API

  • Choose Manual setup, then click Next
  • Select Conversions API and Meta Pixel, then click Next

  • Click Continue

In the Select events section, enable:

  • View Content
  • Add to Cart
  • Initiate Checkout
  • Purchase

  • Then click Continue until the setup is complete.

4. Share your Meta Pixel

From Data Sources, select your Pixel / Dataset

  • Click Assign Partner

  • Enter the following Business ID:
Share your Pixel with our Business Manager - ID: 979905322752559
  • Enable Full control so AdsLink can retrieve all data
  • Click Assign

Your Pixel is now shared!

Don’t forget to notify your account manager, so they can link the dataset to your client account in Ctrl+Reach.

II. My Pixel is not displayed

1. Pixel linked to another account

  • If your Pixel has already been shared with another user account or Business Manager, this may cause conflicts.
  • What to do: Make sure the Pixel is assigned to the Ctrl+Reach account with which you're launching your campaign.

2. Your Pixel may not have been shared with Ctrl+Reach

For a Pixel to be usable in your campaign, it must be correctly shared with Ctrl+Reach.
Check :

  • You have shared your Pixel via Meta Business Manager, using the partner ID provided by Ctrl+Reach.
  • That all necessary authorizations (Targeting and Statistics) have been granted at the time of sharing.
  • Notify support that you have shared the Pixel ID

3. Temporary technical problem

  • It may also be a temporary bug in the display of the Pixel on the Ctrl+Reach application.
  • What to do : If none of the above solutions work, contact Ctrl+Reach support or open a chat ticket to report the problem. The technical team will be able to check and resolve the error quickly.
