Listeners campaign: modifying a Smartlink in an active campaign
When you launch an audience campaign, you can edit your Smartlink even if your campaign is already active! This is useful if you want to update DSP platforms, change content, or fix a link without having to recreate the entire campaign. Here’s how to do it: Go to your artist’s profile. If your Smartlink isn't working properly, here are a few steps to identify and solve the problem: 1. Check the Smartlink URL Make sure the URL generated is correct and complete. Try opening the link in a different browser to see if it works. Check that there are no capital letters in your smartlink. 2. Refresh your settings Go back to the Smartlinks tab on Ctrl+Reach and open the relevant link. Recheck settings such as content, skinning and platform links.
