Focus ROAS
On Ctrl+Reach, you can now view your ROAS for ticket sales and merchandising campaigns.
ROAS (Return On Ad Spend) allows you to clearly measure the impact and profitability of your sales campaigns.
This calculation is made possible thanks to your Pixel.
🧠REMINDER: A Pixel is a piece of code installed on your website. It tracks user actions after they click on an ad (e.g., page visits, add to cart, purchases). It is used to measure "events", track conversions, monitor sales, optimize campaigns, calculate your ROAS
Without a properly configured Pixel, it is impossible to calculate your ROAS.
How to properly install your Pixel
TIP: To access this data, your Pixel must be correctly configured. You can check our dedicated article to learn how to set it up properly.
When setting up your sales campaign, you will see on the right side of your screen a step-by-step verification of your Pixel configuration.
A visual indicator system will help you identify exactly where the issue is, if any.
There are 4 steps in the Pixel verification process:
The first 2 steps (required to launch the campaign)
- Make sure you have entered your website URL
- Make sure the Pixel is properly installed on the website
The last 2 steps (required to calculate ROAS)
- Make sure the Pixel is receiving events
- Make sure the Pixel is receiving purchase events
After checking these four steps, different scenarios may arise.

Case 1: One or both of the first steps are not validated
- Website URL not provided
- Pixel not installed on the website
👉 You will not be able to launch a sales campaign.

Case 2: One or both of the last steps are not validated
- The Pixel is not receiving events
- The Pixel is not receiving purchase events
👉 You can launch your campaign, but you will not be able to see your ROAS.

Case 3: Everything is validated
The Pixel is correctly sending purchase events, so ROAS can be displayed.
👉 You can launch your campaign
👉 You have access to your ROAS

How to Understand Your ROAS
Your ROAS is available in your campaign’s dashboard insights.
It appears as a coefficient accompanied by a color indicator.

The Coefficient
It represents how much your advertising investment has been multiplied.
Example : ROAS = 3 → This means that for every €1 invested, you generated €3 in revenue.
Below the coefficient, you will see exactly how much revenue €1 spent has generated.
The Color Indicator
The color helps you quickly assess campaign performance:
- 🔴🟠Below 1 → Underperforming (you are losing money)
- 🟢 Above 1 → Profitable campaign
- 🟢 Above 3 → Highly profitable campaign

The Summary
You will also see a summary section that clearly displays your real ROAS alongside the total revenue generated during your campaign period.

What you need to remember is: The higher your ROAS, the more profitable your campaign is.
What If Your Campaign Is Not Performing Well?
Our algorithm continuously works to optimize your campaign and will automatically stop it if performance drops too low, preventing unnecessary budget loss.
If your ROAS is low, you can relaunch a campaign with optimizations. Here are a few suggestions:
- Refine your targeting
- Improve your creatives (visuals, videos, copywriting)
- Make sure your sales page is optimized (UX, loading speed, clarity of message)
A low ROAS does not necessarily mean your campaign is bad. It may also reveal a technical issue or a sales page that needs improvement.
