Understanding fees with Ctrl+Reach (Essential & Pro)

At Ctrl+Reach, our pricing model is based on a commission linked to your advertising spend.

 

ESSENTIAL Offer

How does it work?

The Essential offer is designed for artists, labels, or teams who want to use the platform with no long-term commitment, while staying fully autonomous.

 

What are the costs?

Set-up fee: €290 (one-time fee)

This covers onboarding and technical setup, including:

  • Digital audit (mainly Meta)
  • Artist account connections
  • Strategic guidance
  • Onboarding calls with an account manager

 

Commission: 18%

  • Fixed rate, regardless of your ad spend volume
  • Automatically deducted when a campaign is launched
  • No monthly subscription

 

Example: *For a €100 campaign€82 goes directly to advertising platforms, and €18 is retained as commission.*

 

How to launch a campaign

We use an artist wallet system: you need to top up credits to launch a campaign.

 

PRO Offer

Who is this offer for?

The Pro / Premium offer is built for more advanced structures:

  • Teams with higher media budgets
  • Clients who want to use their own Meta Business Manager

 

What are the costs?

1. Set-up fee

€490 per ad account

This includes:

  • Installing Ctrl+Reach on your Business Manager
  • Team onboarding
  • Advanced setup of ad accounts, pixels, audiences, ticketing tools, etc.

 

Example: *2 ad accounts = 2 × €490 = €980 setup fee*

 

2. Progressive commission

The commission rate depends on your **annual advertising spend **(determined case by case according to commercial agreements).

 

Billing is done monthly, based on the forecasted annual budget agreed with your sales contact.

Actual spend is adjusted at the end of the year.

 

Example: *If your forecasted annual budget is €24,000 with an 18% commission, you pay €360 (excl. VAT) per month, regardless of your actual monthly spend (final adjustment at year-end).*

 

How to launch a campaign

Billing is done directly through your ad accounts.

You can launch campaigns without using artist wallets.


What happens if I spend more or less than my forecasted budget?

If your actual spend differs from the amount defined in the contract:

  • The difference is billed or refunded separately at the end of the year
  • Based on the contractual commission rate

 

Example:

  • Commitment: €50,000*
  • Actual spend: €65,000*
  • Commission: 17%*
  • → Additional invoice: €15,000 × 17% = €2,550 (excl. VAT)*

We ensure regular follow-ups to avoid surprises, with quarterly or biannual reviews.*
