SEPA credit transfers on Ctrl+Reach

What is a SEPA credit transfer?

A SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) credit transfer is a fast, secure payment method for transferring money between bank accounts in SEPA countries. It's a common method used to top up your credit or pay for subscriptions on Ctrl+Reach.

1. Activate payment by SEPA credit transfer

  • Contact Ctrl+Reach support to request activation of this payment method.
  • Once your request has been validated, the functionality will be added to your account.

2. Add credits with SEPA

  • Go to the Ctrl+Reach platform and click on the "Add credits" button in your billing area.
  • Choose the amount you wish to add.
  • Once redirected to the Stripe page, you'll see the SEPA Transfer option in addition to the credit card option.
  • Select SEPA, fill in the required information (IBAN, name, etc.), then validate the payment.

How long does a SEPA credit transfer take?

SEPA transfers are usually processed within 5 working days. Once we have received your payment, your credits or subscription will be automatically updated.

What should I do if the transfer is not processed?

If your payment does not appear after 5 working days, please contact us via support and provide proof of payment (screenshot or bank receipt).
