Pro plan: Editing outside of Ctrl+Reach

When you use the app connected to your BM for Meta or TikTok, some actions can be performed directly from the platform, while others must be done from Ctrl+Reach.

What you can change directly in Meta or TikTok

Change the campaign name: If you need to change the name of your campaign for billing purposes via Meta, you can do so directly in your Ad Manager.

What you cannot change from Meta or TikTok

The budget
The duration (end dates)
The audience
The content

👉 Any changes to these settings must be made from Ctrl+Reach. If you try to do this directly in Meta or TikTok, the campaign may be blocked or may not run correctly.
