Don’t forget to notify your account manager, so they can link the dataset to your client account in Ctrl+Reach.II. My Pixel is not displayed
1. Pixel linked to another account
- If your Pixel has already been shared with another user account or Business Manager, this may cause conflicts.
- What to do: Make sure the Pixel is assigned to the Ctrl+Reach account with which you're launching your campaign.
2. Your Pixel may not have been shared with Ctrl+Reach
For a Pixel to be usable in your campaign, it must be correctly shared with Ctrl+Reach.
Check :
- You have shared your Pixel via Meta Business Manager, using the partner ID provided by Ctrl+Reach.
- That all necessary authorizations (Targeting and Statistics) have been granted at the time of sharing.
- Notify support that you have shared the Pixel ID
3. Temporary technical problem
- It may also be a temporary bug in the display of the Pixel on the Ctrl+Reach application.
- What to do : If none of the above solutions work, contact Ctrl+Reach support or open a chat ticket to report the problem. The technical team will be able to check and resolve the error quickly.
