Multi Wallet: Manage your budgets profile by profile
What is Multi Wallet?
Multi Wallet is the latest version of our Ctrl+Reach wallet system.
It allows you to centralize the management of all your profiles in a single account, while allocating each one an independent budget.
It's the perfect tool for keeping an overview of your campaigns, as well as a precise reading of spending per project.
Where to find it and how it works
You can access it from the Billing tab
Once in Multi Wallet, you can :
- Add credits to a specific profile
- Transfer credits between profiles
- View payment history
- Make payment requests
- Download your invoices
- Generate a Spending Report by date and profile
- Change or cancel your subscription
Each profile has his or her own space where you can track expenses, add budget, make transfers, or analyze campaign results.
⚠️ Important information
If an profile is archived, its credits are not lost: you can transfer them to another active wallet.
Generate an specific profile spending report
If you want to track your campaign expenses by profile, you can easily generate a spending report directly from your Ctrl+Reach dashboard.
Here’s how:
- Go to the Billing section.
- On the Wallet page, move your mouse over the profile concerned.
- Click on the Spending report button.
- Select the date range you’d like to analyze.
- Choose the campaigns you’d like to include in the report (they’ll appear based on the selected dates).
- Click Download to get your report.
A detailed report will be generated automatically, showing all expenses for that profile over the selected period.
Transferring funds from one artist to another
- On the Billing page, hover your mouse over the profile from which you want to make the transfer.
- Click on “Make a transfer.”
- Select the profile that will receive the transfer.
- Once selected, enter the amount you want to send.
- Click on Transfer.
