Cancel or change my subscription

To cancel or modify your Ctrl+Reach subscription, follow these steps:


1. Access your account :


  • Log in to your Ctrl+Reach account.
  • Select Billing from the left-hand menu.

2. Cancel your subscription :


  • Go to the Current subscription section on the right.
  • Then click on Stop.

  • Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the cancellation.


NOTE: Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to features until that date.


3. Modify your subscription :


  • In the Subscription section, click on Change.
  • Choose the new plan that best suits your needs.
  • Confirm your selection and follow the instructions to finalize the change.


NOTE: Changes to your subscription may result in an adjustment to your billing. Be sure to check the details before confirming.
