Cancel or change my subscription
To cancel or modify your Ctrl+Reach subscription, follow these steps:
1. Access your account :
- Log in to your Ctrl+Reach account.
- Select Billing from the left-hand menu.
2. Cancel your subscription :
- Go to the Current subscription section on the right.
- Then click on Stop.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the cancellation.
NOTE: Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to features until that date.
3. Modify your subscription :
- In the Subscription section, click on Change.
- Choose the new plan that best suits your needs.
- Confirm your selection and follow the instructions to finalize the change.
NOTE: Changes to your subscription may result in an adjustment to your billing. Be sure to check the details before confirming.
