Campaign undergoing validation for over 48 hours

If your campaign has been pending approval for more than 48 hours, our team has likely already sent you an email to better understand the reason for the delay.

Campaigns can be rejected or stopped for several reasons. Here are the most common ones and their solutions.

 


When a campaign is launched with an existing post that contains the artist's music, advertising platforms (Meta/TikTok) may block distribution due to copyright issues.

 

Solution:

  • Check that the artist's account is whitelisted by their distributor.
  • If the account is already whitelisted but the block persists → use a ghost post to launch the campaign.

Instagram advertising settings

 

Another reason for rejection comes from Instagram's advertising settings.

If the account linked to the campaign has enabled the “see fewer personalized ads” option, Meta may refuse to run the ad.

 

Solution:

  • Check your advertising settings on Instagram.
  • Select the “use without payment with ads” option before restarting the campaign.
  • Then let us know (via chat or email)

  • Always anticipate whitelisting with the distributor to avoid copyright-related blocks.
  • Check Instagram settings before launching a campaign.
  • If the block persists despite everything, opt for the ghost post option.
