Campaign automatically stopped

There are several reasons why a campaign may stop automatically. Here are the main causes and the actions you can take to solve the problem:

1. Budget reached

Cause: The campaign spent its entire budget.

Solution:

  • Check your total budget in the campaign parameters.
  • If you wish to continue, extend your campaign with additional budget.

2. End date reached

Cause : Campaign duration has expired.

Solution:

  • Check the dates defined in the campaign parameters.
  • If necessary, create a new campaign by adjusting the duration.

3. Insufficient performance

Cause: The Ctrl+Reach algorithm can stop a campaign if performance is not good enough or if the campaign spends too fast.

Solution:

  • Review your targeting criteria: broaden the audience or adjust the centers of interest.
  • Analyze the performance of advertising content (visuals, videos, text) and try a new format or message.
  • Reduce geographic restrictions if your audience is too small.

4. Non-conforming or rejected content

Cause: If the content or settings of your campaign do not comply with the platform's advertising rules, it may be stopped.

Solution:

  • Check the reasons with our support.
  • Modify content or settings according to the guidelines provided.

5. Technical problems

Cause: Bugs or technical errors may cause your campaign to stop.

Solution:

  • Refresh your dashboard to check if the problem persists.
  • If the technical problem continues, contact our support team.
