Add Credits
I. Adding credits to Ctrl+Reach
1. Classic method (via Billing tab)
You can add credits only via the Billing tab, in two ways:
- Click on “Add credits” in the top right-hand corner of your screen

- Or by directly selecting the profile** concerned**, then clicking on “Add credits”.

- You can then choose the desired amount and finalize payment via Stripe.

💡 It's also possible to add credits to multiple profile at once from the Billing page.
2. Payment requests method
If you prefer to use a payment request :
- Go to the Billing tab.
- Click on Payment Requests.

- Select the profile's name.

- Indicate the amount to be added and the e-mail address of the person to whom the request should be sent.

Once the request has been accepted and paid for, the credits will be automatically added to the profile's account.
II. SEPA credit transfers on Ctrl+Reach
What is a SEPA credit transfer?
A SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) credit transfer is a fast, secure payment method for transferring money between bank accounts in SEPA countries. It's a common method used to top up your credit or pay for subscriptions on Ctrl+Reach.
1. Activate payment by SEPA credit transfer
- Contact Ctrl+Reach support to request activation of this payment method.
- Once your request has been validated, the functionality will be added to your account.
2. Add credits with SEPA
- Go to the Ctrl+Reach platform and click on the "Add credits" button in your billing area.
- Choose the amount you wish to add.
- Once redirected to the Stripe page, you'll see the SEPA Transfer option in addition to the credit card option.
- Select SEPA, fill in the required information (IBAN, name, etc.), then validate the payment.
How long does a SEPA credit transfer take?
SEPA transfers are usually processed within 5 working days. Once we have received your payment, your credits or subscription will be automatically updated.
What should I do if the transfer is not processed?
If your payment does not appear after 5 working days, please contact us via support and provide proof of payment (screenshot or bank receipt).
