Tiktok Connection - Pro Plan
If you use TikTok Business Center with an external BM, don't worry: connecting is easy.
How do I connect?
1.Contact us
Send us a message via Ctrl+Reach chat or directly to your dedicated Account Manager.
We will send you:
- A link to log in,
- As well as our email address to add to your Business Center: tiktok@y2m.io
2.Click on the login link
By clicking on the link, you will be taken directly to the access addition page in your TikTok Business Center.
- Leave all boxes checked
- Then click on “Confirm.”
- TikTok will then ask you for a verification code:
- Click on “Send code"
- Then retrieve it from your email inbox and enter it in the field provided.
Once validated, we can move on to the next step.
3. Add us to TikTok Ads Manager
In your TikTok For Business:
- Go to the Ads Manager section
- Select the Business Center where you want to add us
- Go to the Users tab
- Click on “Add member”
On the add page:
- Between the email address we provided you: tiktok@y2m.io
- Assign us the “Admin” role,
- Then click “Next.”
On our end, we will immediately receive access and be able to finalize the connection.
