# Report a bug

Found a bug or a technical issue on Ctrl+Reach? The fastest way to get it fixed is to fill in our **bug report form**, rather than contacting us through the chat.

## Why use the form instead of the chat?

* **It goes straight to our tech team**: your report is sent directly to the people who fix bugs, with no back-and-forth in between.
* **All the information we need, from the start**: the form asks for everything required to reproduce the issue, so we can investigate right away.
* **Faster resolution**: fewer follow-up questions means your bug gets fixed sooner.

## How to report a bug

1. Open the form: [app.ctrlreach.co/en/home/report-bug](https://app.ctrlreach.co/en/home/report-bug) (you need to be logged in to your Ctrl+Reach account).
2. Describe the issue as precisely as possible: what you were doing, what happened, and what you expected to happen.
3. Add any useful details: the page concerned, the artist profile or campaign involved, the browser you use and any error message displayed.
4. Submit the form. Our tech team will take it from there. You should get an answer in 48h max.

## Before reporting

* Refresh the page or log out and back in: some issues are only temporary.
* If you can, take a screenshot or a short video of the problem.

## What about the chat?

The chat is still available for any question about using Ctrl+Reach, your campaigns or your subscription. For bugs, the form is the quickest way to get them solved 😊
