Meta Connection - Link Facebook and Instagram
CTRL+REACH REQUIREMENTS : To use Ctrl+Reach properly, you need to have a Facebook Page and Instagram account, and verify they have been linked
You can do this from your phone (via Instagram > Edit Profile), but it’s easier from a computer using your Facebook Page settings.
- Go to your Facebook Page.
- In the left-hand menu, click on "Settings".
- In the new left-hand menu, click on "Linked Accounts".
- Select "Instagram".
- Follow the steps to connect your Instagram account.
You can choose whether or not to allow messages to appear in Meta Business Suite — this won’t block the connection.
Once this step is completed, your Facebook Page and Instagram account will be successfully linked!
