META – Connect my artists to Ctrl+Reach (Pro)

🚧CTRL+REACH REQUIREMENTS

Before starting the connection to Ctrl+Reach, there are a few essential prerequisites to check. Don’t worry, we’ll guide you step by step 🙂

The owner of the pages you want to connect must make sure that:

1. The Facebook Page and the Instagram account are already linked together → You can check out this article to see how to link Facebook and Instagram.
2. He have an existing Business Manager (BM) where:

• the Facebook Page
• the Instagram account

are properly added.

3. He have full control (admin access) over this Business Manager.

⚠️ If one of these conditions is not met, the connection to Ctrl+Reach will not work. 

🔗 CONNECT TO CTRL+REACH

Step 1: The owner must share access with you

If you are the owner and if all prerequisites are met, you need to complete this step.

• Go to Meta Business Suite using the link below: https://business.facebook.com/latest/settings/partners
• Click on “Add”, then select “Give a partner access to your assets”.

• Enter the Business ID of the company requesting the connection, then click Next.

• If your Facebook Page and Instagram account are properly linked, it should appear like this:

• In the “Facebook Pages” section, select the relevant page and enable the following permissions: Content, Ads, Insights.
• Finish by clicking “Assign assets”.

Access has now been shared with the company.

Step 2: The company must share access with us

Once the owner has completed all the steps above, the connection is not fully finalized yet.

For the artist’s account to appear correctly in the Ctrl+Reach app, the company must also share access with us.

From your Business Manager (the company’s BM):

• Go to Settings
• Under the “Accounts” section, click “Pages”
• Find the artist’s page that just shared access and click on it
• Click “Assign people”

• Add Showrunner and the Ctrl+Reach team (Matheo, Lotfi, and Simon)
• Grant them the following permissions: Content, Ads, Insights
• Click “Assign”

That’s it! The connection is now complete.

It may take a few minutes (sometimes a few hours) for the connection to appear in the app.
