Export mail data
Exporting your e-mail data is quick and easy. Here are the steps to follow:
1. Go to the Mail page
- In the main menu on the left of your screen, click on the “Mail” tab.
2. Filter opt-in data
- Select the profile you want and click on “See only opt-in communications” option to display only those users who have given their consent, and download their e-mail.
3. Download your data
- Click on the “Export” button.
- A CSV file containing your data will be automatically downloaded to your device.
LITTLE EXTRA: This CSV file is ready to be imported into your CRM tool or used for emailing campaigns.
